Possibility of Life: what if you were able to dream what you wanna dream of 75 years of your life?

*BRILLIANT MIND

Possibility of Life to think about - Illusion: The dream of life by Alan Watts

Let’s suppose you were able every night to dream what you wanna dream and you could have a power over one night to dream 75 years of your life <…>

Let’s have a surprise. Let’s have a dream, which isn’t under control, when something is gonna happen to be that I don’t know what it’s gonna be. And you did that and you come out of that and you say “wow, that was in the closest shape, wasn’t it?” Then you would get more and more adventurous and you would make further and further out gambles as to what you would dream and finally you would dream where you went on. You would dream a dream of living the life that you actually living today <…>

Every one is fundamentally the ultimate reality. <…> You are god, only you’re pretending you’re not.

-Alan Watts

“Watts, like Rowe, showed me how we construct our own meanings about life. That nothing is a given and, since everything is uncertain, we must put together a world view that might fit roughly with the facts, but is never anything other than a guess — a working fiction. This, too, is a typical Zen understanding — that life cannot be described, only experienced. Trying to see all of life is like trying to explore a vast cave with a box of matches.”

-Tim Lott

Alan Watts “was a jester as well as a thinker, describing himself as a ‘spiritual entertainer’. Aldous Huxley described him as ‘a curious man. Half monk and half racecourse operator.’ Watts wholeheartedly agreed with Huxley’s characterization. He carried a silver cane ‘for pure swank’, he hung out with Ken Kesey and Jack Kerouac (he is even parodied in On the Road as Arthur Whale). His English public school-educated voice was rich and deep, like a prophet’s, and his laugh juicy and contagious.”

Beirut and Dubai: love of achievement

St. Jean’s Church in the ancient city of Byblos, Lebanon north of Beirut. pic courtesy Behance

I am glad to share with You, this absolutely fresh, one day ago uploaded piece of art and inspiration in moving pictures - and an episode of a life story to see, hear, learn and grasp.

Get ready to be taken to beautiful ancient-modern culture cities of Beirut and Dubai!

My greatest compliments to John Walker & Sons Voyager (a true Odyssey! www.jwsvoyager-odyssey.com) for the worth a million words freshly made video production!

And here are some Raja Trad’s (CEO Leo Burnett Mena) wisdom and inspiration pieces I decided to have notes of (below). What are your highlights?

*You have no other choice except to love Dubai and admire Dubai and respect what they were able to achieve. So my love with Dubai is the love of achievement. It’s the spirit. The Dubai’s spirit. It reflects on everybody. When you have this drive, when you see this drive, when you live this drive and when you see this enthusiasm and when you see this commitment to making things happen, that reflects on everyone. It’s an environment that will enhance the delivery and performance, it is a country that will encourage progress.

*I worked with all my heart, with a deep commitment, with passion and I said “let MY performance decide my career” <…> no one else will decide your progress in life. It’s about you: you have to decide where you want to go, you have to decide whether you believe in what you are doing.

*Progress means that you need to keep on challenging your self, means that there is no finish line in life and that you have to keep walking.

Get inspired!

Always Yours

Johnny Depp: fascinated by normals

I had gone through the “Weirdos v.s. Normals” topic in my head and in discussions with others for thousand times if not more. Eventually I literally stopped even going back to that topic, yet this thought of Johnny Depp was pretty much the sum-up which I can absolutely relate to and after some years past I am happy about the fact I can relate to, I must admit.

What’s your status on this?

( “I was always fascinated by people who are considered completely normal, because I find them the weirdest of all” Johnny Depp )

It’s high time for new traditions in 2013!

Dear all Friends!

It’s been quite a year for me, full of discoveries and beautiful moments, just because of you all. You are awesome!

It’s 5 p.m. (Lithuanian time) and in stead of writing the ‘New Year Resolution’, I am writing the ‘Letter of Gratitude’ first. I woke up this morning and it literally flashed in front of me - all incredible coincidences and happenings, people of so many cultures, religions and lifestyles, incredible diversity of sounds and the most important I find of my 2012 - all wisdom so many people shared with me this year!

I can literally say that 2012 has changed my life & I can’t put into words how grateful for all that I am. And I can say very honestly: I wouldn’t change any single thing! I swear! This is how much valuable and precious everything about 2012 has been!

I invite you as well to start a new tradition: write two letters to your self:

1. Write down all the things of 2012 you are grateful for & 2. write the ‘New Year Resolution’. And of course, I wish you that it all comes true so that all the things, people and moments would eventually appear on your “I’m grateful for 2013′ letter!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

With a lot of love, faith, gratitude and MAGIC,

Always Yours,

E.
