Handmade fancy-shmancy Heaven on Earth

*On Sundays Even Jesus Is Having Lazy Afternoons

.. but I wasn’t! I was on a mission! I had these 8 meters of two colors massive ribbon-rope huge beads decorated necklaces bought in India loooong time back and had no clue what to do (with them). So eventually the enlightenment (:D ) has come! I turned them into the pretty cool absolutely wearable tribal - fashion forward necklace. I must mention, pretty heavy necklace.. And by “pretty heavy” I mean 1,03 kg of heavy necklace. Yet still, you must admit, it really looks kinda cool and it’ll definitely work perfectly well as statement jewelry piece for me!

p.s. Yeah, Jesus, keep lazying around, while I will keep building my version of the Heaven on the Earth. Colorful, sparkling, edgy, exotic and fancy-shmancy Heaven on Earth!

Projecting the new life: personal oasis on a top of the world

*On Sundays even Jesus is having lazy afternoons

They say the more detailed picture of the dream you have, the sooner your dream will come true! Here’s the projection and step to the first day of my new life.

Place to be back - welcoming home far from rush, packed streets and chaos of everything: Ocean view from the top. in the middle of nowhere. endless space and freedom. easy breeze. water blending into the sky. inspiring. relaxing. collecting back to your pure self. peaceful. quiet. cozy. full of horizons. completely unstoppable.

Perfect match for the soundtrack of the home projection. That’s how all this sounds in my head. I’m absolutely excited to present brand new, couple of days back revealed to the world amazing piece by Karma on AFROgliuck’sNoizeWave:

Yours,

A. Gliuck

What’s Your love story?

*On Sunday’s even Jesus is having Lazy Afternoons

This time 2 minutes of joy and idyllic story is STOLEN WITH THE PRIDE from my ex-course mate Gintare’s wall. The post of her fb wall might have been inspired by the idea of landing in New York soon enough to start projecting the ever-bettering though unexpected future on the opposite side of the Atlantic ocean.

Perfect choice for your eyes and souls, my dears, straight from the liveliest and fullest of urban legends metropolis’ of the world so far!

Sweet Sunday brunch from Sydney!

*On Sundays even Jesus is having Lazy Afternoons

Moment from Crave Sydney International Food Festival. Adorable, colorful and irresistible.

And here comes the soundtrack of Sunday 14th of November 2010. Like the illustration - like the soundtrack: minimalistic, sophisticated, but not too much cocky, easy and still.. ADORABLE.

p.s. I’ve got a confession to make. I must say that it’s been pretty long time I’ve been carrying this thing for Sunday brunch with my self. And that’s one of example, how amazingly and adorable could the brunch look like in Vilnius as well. Especially on Sunday like today - sunny, bright, mild and still not wintery even when it’s the mid of November! Enjoy ;)

Colorful&Cozy: Iceland Countryside

*On Sundays even Jesus is having lazy afternoons

Unexpectedly, fortunately and definitely surprisingly this weekend in Lithuania was pretty mild and warm, regarding the fact that a few days back I got even to think that I’ve already died and by lucky chance gone to heaven. In fact, the situation was much less complicated than it just sounded. Here’s the thing. I opened my eyes in the morning and since I was laying in a bed I saw nothing but white color everywhere. Apparently I saw neighbors house’s roof covered in snow in my one big wall-window.

Some summery moments of Iceland on AFROgliuck’sNoizeWave:

While I’m celebrating the festival called “the Autumn continues - let it be as long as possible” Jesus is turning even more up to north to have a bit more wintery lazy Sunday afternoon over there - to the land of colorful patterns on a woolen clothes and even wooden furniture covers in cozy countryside of Iceland!

p.s. If I was from Iceland, I guess quite often I would mention and highlight that “No, Iceland is not only endless woods and forests full of fairies and other mysterious creatures. in short: In 2007, Iceland was ranked the most developed country in the world by the United Nations, 1 icelander is oficially ranked as 3 people of any other country in sense of work power!!! ” and much more. Actually, it’s quite lovely destination! One more on my list of traveling conspiracy plan! ;)))

Enjoy the mild weather and in case you’re up in north where already it’s snowy, windy and freezy, don’t forget to cover your noses or start jumping to the geysers! ;))

The NEWEST song in the world: CWG 2010 (Officially Announced)

*On Sundays even Jesus is having lazy afternoons

CWG 2010 Theme song officially presented for the world a week ago (on August 16th 2010).

I’m so happy, flattered and proud to announce, share and present it on my blog! (I guess I might be the first one in Lithuania to mention it on “extended” media, which makes it even more special)!

Ladies & Gentlemen, the official theme song of XIX Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010:

This year in the world is very rich in terms of games, competitions and definitely music dedicated to all of those!!! I remember my every second day party in Delhi with all those songs (like waka waka, wavin’ flag, etc.), that at first it feels soon you gonna hate it, but the more you hear it the more you like it.. Until eventually you end up shivering every time you hear it again, just because already now it reminds amazing and definitely legendary moments of togetherness, happiness and unity!!!

The logo for the 2010 Commonwealth Games was revealed on 6 January 2008 at an event-taking place at the India Gate. The Ashoka Chakra, a symbol of freedom, unity, and power, inspires the logo. Its spiraling upwards symbolizes India's rise as a global power and its transition from tradition to modernity. The colours symbolize India's vibrant and diverse culture and people, and each part of the logo symbolizes India welcoming the 71 Commonwealth nations and territories.

I’d been living and cheering in Delhi since August 2009 until the end of June 2010. So of course I was a part of football crazyness the last months in Delhi..

BUT even before that since the very first day of my arrival I saw the endless  process changes which were leading to the preparation for XIX Commonwealth games in Delhi. And you know what. I have the confession to make - I didn’t really believe that it’s possible to finish so many things (starting with organizational part and ending with huge process of building so many new stadiums and generally Delhi streets turning to impossibly different in one night!). The more time was passing by the more it was becoming even too obvious that it’ll definitely be ready until Commonwealth Games 2010.

Sad to say, that while living through all those changes I won’t be experiencing the final result by which I mean not only finished buildings but also the common wealth games and it’s vibe all over Delhi!!! Yet it is the reason I’m so honoured to officially announce in my blog (and also to be the first one or for sure one of the first ones to announce it in Lithuanian extended media) and present these FRESH & BREAKING NEWS!

Common Wealth Games Delhi 2010 theme song launch:

p.s. This time for the music background on Sunday and amazing news I send a huge thanks to Rudra Pratap Singh Jadon, course mate of the coolest class of my Indian school! Thank You so much!!! ;)

The song is already on my playlist. Hope You guys gonna enjoy it too until the this gonna remind great moments of this period of your lives anytime you hear it again!!! AND IF YOU HAVE ANY CHANCES - DO VISIT COMMONWEALTH GAMES in DELHI!!! That will be once in a life time and India gonna twist it to once in an ERA TIME, I promise!

Peace!

Sweet summer vibe

*On Sundays even Jesus is having lazy afternoons

Something that would be familiar to Bali islands :DD

On AFROgliuck’sNoizeWave:

“Swedish hip hop at its finest with a sweet summer vibe”

This Sunday I thank for the music background to my respected colleague Balys. Actually, he’s not so much traditional colleague. That’s the person that managed to survive with me in Delhi and India generally for 3 months! Everywhere: at home, at school, in a very uncomfortable bus in Himalaya, in Autorikshaws and in the “hights” of bangha while celebrating “Holly Festival” :DDD

Which is why this time visuals are sweet, summery, colorful and definitely Indian!

Have A delicious, sweet, colorful and still summery Sunday! ;)
